Here comes another Ignis write-up, this time it’s Alter version of Ignis. While Max Factory Ignis focus on the feminine side of Ignis, Alter version focus on the warrior side of her. Sculpted by Takahashi Tsuyoshi, Ignis is in a battle pose that really show her warrior side.
Compare to Max Factory elaborate sculp, this Ignis is a much simpler affair. She comes with a simple white base with the game title embossed to it. The figure itself is well balance and able to stand without the base and I think she’s pretty safe from the danger of leaning.
The first thing that collectors that already have Max Factory Ignis will notice when they pick up Alter Ignis is the color. The color on Alter Ignis is much more duller and darker. Other than that the paint job is still good. I went for a bamboo forest setting for this photo session but because I have no idea where to find bamboo that I can use, bamboo stick will have to do. Added in some weapons that I got to make it looks like Ignis was in a fight, some blood would have been a nice addition as well, but I do not have the coloring for it.
In my opinion she doesn’t have as much nice angle that I can shot from, her best angle is direct from the front. Her left palm is also partially blocking her face so it’s was difficult to get a nice shot of her face.
Definitely a different ass ^ ^, not as shapely
The lantern that I use as props can actually lights up, so I decide to show that in this shot.
I got Alter Ignis before I manage to get Max Factory version, though not as impressive as Max Factory Ignis, I like the way she’s portray in this version and this is the only Ignis that truly show her warrior side.
